The data sheet for the ADF7020-1 doesn't show how to enable a PN9 TX test mode. Yet, this feature appears to be available, as it is possible to enable it through the ADF7020-1 Config Software (supplied with the ADI EVAL boards), under the "useful debug modes" box. What register bits enable this?
