Low output swing at the output of ADCMP 562 Evaluation board

Hi,

We have purchased the ADCMP 562 evalutaion board. I have provided the proper supply voltage to the chip such as VEE( -5.2V), VCC_IN (+5V), VDD_IN (+3.3V). Do I need to provide voltage to VTERM input in the evaluation board?

In the non-invertering input, 10 MHz  sine wave with 500mV RMS is provided. At the output terminal, I am getting 10 MHz output. However, the output signal swing is only 500mV (peak-to-peak) with offset of 700mV. Am I getting the rignt output? I need a output signal swing from 0 to 3.3V.

Please suggest me how to get the required output.
